Artisan Wood Finishing

When I was sixteen, I turned an old tree stump from a tree that stood outside my bedroom window into a small table by sanding it down and preserving it.

This year, I made two jewellery holders and a bedside stand shaped to hold a cup of tea. Then, I sanded down and engraved a walking stick with runic inscriptions. I also learnt how to safely preserve animal bones and natural materials that I came across in the woods.
